1837c THIRD OFFICIAL FREE HANDSTAMP (O3) on folded wrapper from Cape Town to Clanwilliam, annotated "On Servicer" bearing the facsimile signature of "John Bell, Sec. to Govt" and the written signature of "J Spyker", both additions authorising the free postage. One of the scarcest Cape markings, not often seen even in the major collections. The handstamp, dated 2 APR, is lightly struck but clear in the top right corner. Rare.
