The English stamp at left headed "Fixed Ink" and marked in red manuscript "approved"; the Afrikaans stamp at right headed "Fugitive Ink" and showing partial treatment with solvent. Endorsed "as submitted" in pencil. Small reinforcement/repair to top left corner. Superb, rare & exceptional.
