1883 Delightful THREE COLOUR FRANKING envelope to England franked 10d (rate effective between 1st Oct 82 and April 85) made up by a pleasing combination of Bourne Head QV 6d (SG 137) with Celliers Re-Issues Arms 1d & 3d (SG 171, 173) all tied by triple ring numeral 1cancels with Pretoria cds DEC 25 83 alongside (Christmas mailing!).
