c1828 GOVERNOR'S LETTER (COLE): Wrapper with Bathurst Crown-in-Circle and Cape Town GPO postal markings addressed "To His Excellency Sir G L Cole, Governor &c &c". Cole was Governor for the period 1828-1833. A fine example of a Cole Letter.
