c1848 PREPAID handstamp (Goldblatt type PP6) on letter wrapper addressed to "Lesuer, Civil Commissioner, op de dorp Worsester" and rated "4" in manuscript. The wrapper laid paper watermarked J Coles 1848 and showing an excellent strike of this quite scarce mark.
