1943 1d KGVI Postcard (H&G 4) VF unused HANDSTAMPED SPECIMEN (Violet, 43x5mm sans serif capitals type D15). This apparently the usual state for the specimen of this card, possibly due to temporary loss of De La Rue's normal overprinting blocks. Only 348 copies so produced. Rare piece.
