NATAL: 1900 Cover to Kroonstad with RARE USAGE OF OFS STAMPS (two ½d's) tied by two fine strikes of the ELANDSLAAGTE oval rubber handstamp ( Type 2, late state with "ZAR" portion cut away). OFS stamps were valid under the Tvl post system although OFS participation in the invasion of Natal was very limited. Rare and exceptional Boer War cover!
