LESOTHO 1966 QEII R1 (SG 120A). VF/UM bottom right corner Plate No1 block of four variety SLOPING OVPT AND LETTERS PARTIALLY OMITTED with dry print / breakup of lettering across whole block but most marked on bottom pair. Interesting flaw in nice plate block.
