Delivery will be by Courier, Registered Mail or Ordinary Airmail whichever is appropriate to the value or importance of the items ordered.

Purchases may be sent from within Switzerland or locations abroad; we will always confirm delivery details with you prior to sending.

Returns: No problem. We are committed to your satisfaction!

Due to the expertise and care put into our descriptions we seldom have returns; In the unlikely event that an item description is incorrect it is returnable within ten (10) days of receipt. We will reimburse your courier or registered/insured airmail costs.

All single items/sets sold as genuine bear an authenticity/return guarantee for a period of five years. Should any item prove otherwise the purchase price will be repaid in full. Costs of expertisation will be charged to the buyer in the case of authenticity. Expert Signatures or Certificates mentioned in descriptions are decisive regarding quality.
