c1947 Pair of overs from different Catholic Missions in the area of ROMA MISSION posted to the same addressee in Pretoria. The earlier letter franked KGVI 2d, the postage rate effective 1st April 1943 to 30th April 1947; the second letter franked KGVI 1½d, the reduced rate which applied after 1947.
