1900 VRI ½d on ½d orange variety KISS PRINT DOUBLING OF OVPT (SG 112var & 123var), A superb UM block of 20 (including 2 with THICK V's) showing varying degrees of additional KISS PRINT of the overprint on many, most apparent affecting the "R" and the "½d". Attractive, interesting piece.
