1910 Public Billiard Table Licence bearing KEVII £10 tied by oval handstamp of The Civil Commissioner, Bloemfontein. Licence fees of £10 per year for each public billiard table were payable with revenue stamps. This particular example issued to the Bloemfontein Hotel for two tables but was for a period of less than six months with only half a years fee of £10 being paid for both tables.
