1900 VRI ½d on ½d orange, 2nd setting. (SG 112var). VF/UM lower left positional block of 12 (6x2) with varieties BROKEN TOP SERIF of "I" on top three stamps at right, the damage to the ovpt letter giving the distinct impression of "1" for "I" in three different stages. Additionally the lower right stamp shows BROKEN "V" variety. Couple perf separations, fresh, VF. Interesting block.
