1923 KGV ½d green, Setting I, variety "Wes." for "West" (SG 1a var/CC 1b var). F/M/UM block of 24 from left pane with sheet margin at left and interpanneau margin at right. TWO STAMPS with the partially missing "t" on English overprints. Top left stamp (r12/2) with BLUNT FOOT TO "Z", adjacent stamp normal overprint. An important multiple demonstarting the variability of the missing "t" variety. Some perf separations. A rare first issue block thus. See additional image.
