1904 GOBABIS NEGATIVE SEAL struck on field postcard written from Kistfontein posted at Gobabis to Germany. Displayed are the despatch Deutsch-Südwest-Afrika cds 4/9 (with variety oblique stroke between day & month), arrival cds 18.10 and unusually in black, the Gobabis negative sealer applied to Official and Military Mail. Wonderful, fresh, a lovely example.
