1863 CAPE TOWN to ENGLAND: Cover from the Littlewort correspondence dated "19/9/63" franked De La Rue 1/- BRIGHT EMERALD GREEN (SG 21) cancelled by triangular defacer. Adhesive has rich colour and huge margins (part adjoining stamp) at base (touching along right and just cut-in part at left). Unlined datestamp SP 6 on reverse, London PAID OC 20 on front. A very presentable example of this rarity, few covers exist.
