c1900 Improvised wrapper bearing a franking of 10x 1d Table Bay tied by crisp bold strikes of the BONC 1329 (unknown to which town this was allocated). Addressed to " F Wilson Matthew, c/o L Trollip Esq, Dagga Boer, Witmos Station PO, Midlands Line, CGR" (CGR = Cape Government Railways) with DAGGABOERSNEK double arc cds at lower right. Wonderful piece, rare mail from the small railway sidings of the Eastern Cape, full of character!
