REVENUES: 1870 Assembly of 10 of the 13 values issued missing only the most elusive 12/6 & £2,5s values. Barefoot makes no special mention of the 1870 issue, including the stamps with the 1865 issue, but nominating their 12½ perf. He suggests a cv for these 10 stamps £219 only highlighting the £2,5s value as rare with the highest cv allocation of £125, the highest value of any stamp in the 1865/70 issue, even the £50 is only £100. Fletcher lists the 1870 12½ perf stamps seperately, nominating a cv for the 10 stamps $459 and a cv for the £2,5s of $250.
