1930-45 ½d black & green Issue 3 (SG 42var). F/M part arrow block of TWELVE (6 x 2) from the left margin showing GUILLOTINED BOTTOM EDGE suggesting that the sheet was cut by the Government Printer for distribution to a smaller outlying Post Office. The block also shows variety LARGE WHITE BLOB over "K" of "AFRIKA" on bottom right corner stamp, probably from adhesion during printing.
