FRANKLIN. / FORWARDING & COMMISSION AGENT. / RICHMOND". On reverse Durban cds JY1 and clear POA 51 used at Marian Hill at the time. Some imperfections. Scarce, the Forwarding Agent cachet unrecorded in the literature.
