We reserve the right to decline orders from any party and to withdraw or group items. Buyers must remit in full (excepting where satisfactory credit established) before purchases are sent. Ownership shall not pass to the buyer until full payment is received by us. Special credit facilities by prior arrangement only. Our liability is limited to refund of purchase price paid. The placing of a purchase order constitutes acceptance of the foregoing conditions. In the event of legal dispute Swiss law shall apply.

All single items/sets sold as genuine bear an authenticity/return guarantee for a period of five years. Should any item prove otherwise the purchase price will be repaid in full. Costs of expertisation will be charged to the buyer in the case of authenticity. Expert Signatures or Certificates mentioned in descriptions are decisive regarding quality.
